A Reiki I class is the starting point for learning how to use Reiki to treat yourself and others. The beauty of this simple technique is that anyone can learn to practice Reiki, and everyone is capable of doing it.

The Reiki II course is recommended for those who have been working with Reiki level I already and would like to take their practice to a deeper level. (Prerequisite completion of Reiki I)

An evening with Georgina exploring how to support and celebrate your child’s natural independence. Looking at how to set up things for your child to be successful by themselves. Exploring questions such as how to know when your child is ready, how & when to help them and choosing which boundaries to have in place. A talk with discussion over a simple and delicious dinner.
